We deliver personalized outbound calls to seniors and citizens across the GTA who are in need of emotional support, safety check-ins and/or medication reminders.

9-8-8 Suicide Crisis Helpline

9-8-8 is a new national helpline for anyone across Canada who is thinking about suicide, or who is worried about someone they know. Call or text 9-8-8 toll-free, anytime for support in English and French. 9-8-8 responders are here to listen and provide help without judgement.

TeleCheck Program for Seniors

Multilingual emotional support and check-in services for seniors aged over 55 residing the Central West LHIN.

Caller Reassurance Program

Regular, personalized call-outs and medication reminders available for senior citizens aged over 55 residing in Toronto (including Scarborough, Etobicoke and North York).

Touching Base Program

Delivered by our Brampton Branch, Touching Base Program is a 3 to 6-month support program servicing citizens across Peel who are undergoing a crisis situation or transition.
